It comprises large homes and apartments the value of which can only escalate. The proximity to Cape Town city centre, the beautiful location, the size of the properties, and the distance from any poorer areas, makes this an extremely desirable location for wealthy families, executives and anyone else with pots of money.

Attractions include the Camps Bay "strip" with a row of stunning restaurants along the Camps Bay beach front. Camps Bay restaurants such as Tuscany Beach, Caprice, Col Cacchio, Summerville, and Blues, all well known names to the locals, can be found here with world class sea views. Step out the restaurant and step onto the Camps Bay beach.
