Thousands of extra buses have been commissioned for road transport. Fans will divide their time between watching soccer matches and embarking on Cape Town and South African tourism activities.

FIFA World Cup Final Draw on 4 December 2009

The pool draw for the FIFA World Cup event will be completed on 4th December 2009. This draw will indicate where the teams will be based. Supporters can then decide where they will spend the duration of the visit to South Africa for the soccer event.

FIFA World Cup 2010 Match Times

Games will be played at: 13h30, 16h00 and 20h30. Travellers must plan two hours travel time to and from tbe stadium and the Fan Parks.

FIFA World Cup 2010 South Africa General Recommendations

1. Fans should plan their travel to the FIFA 2010 World Cup carefully. Changing a ticket will be expensive and almost impossible.

2. Travel to and from airports could take up to 3 hours with heavy traffic congestion.
