Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, largest collection of the unique Cape floral kingdom, and the most famous gardens in South Africa.

Clifton Beach
Clifton Beaches are unique, spectacular coves, loved by visitors and locals alike.

World of Birds
The World of Birds in Hout Bay is a great outing for families.

Rhodes Memorial
Rhodes Memorial is a great place to visit with children, who can enjoy playing on the steps and climbing onto the lions (not strictly allowed). The tea room / restaurant is pretty good with a wide view across the southern and northern Cape Town suburbs.
